Together we explore the roots of »concrete poetry« and its omnipresent influence on contemporary graphic design. During the workshop, each participants (single or in groups of 2) will create a physical or digital typographic work regarding to the topic »past present future« by exploring the ideas of concrete/visual poetry. The aim is to expand and strengthen conceptual thinking through exploring new and experimental ways of typographic arrangements by putting the written word out of its syntax.
